I currently accept the following insurances:

Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC and Blue Cross Blue Shield for Federal Employees, including PPO, HMO, & Blue Value POS Plans. (Does not include Blue Local with Carolinas HealthCare System, Blue Local with Duke Medicine and WakeMed, Indemnity, or Medicare Advantage).
AETNA (including State Teachers Insurance effective 2025)
Contact your insurance provider to determine if your plan covers nutrition assessment & counseling.

Payment is Due at Time of Service for Self-Pay Clients.
**Failure to Notify Office of Cancellation at Least 24 Hours Before Your Appointment Time
Will Result in a "No-Show" Penalty Fee**

Direct Nutrition Care Membership
Membership provides 12 nutrition care visits per year (4 @ 1-hour, 8 @ 15-minutes) at a fixed cost of $60/mo. (+ card processing fee), without the stress of going through insurance. This subscription saves money vs. paying for each visit individually.
